My room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and responsive in assisting guests with all their needs. Hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant, are well-maintained, adding to the comfort of your stay.

All the hotel staff are very polite, friendly, the service is very fast, everything is made easy, I really enjoy what is in the Grand Quality Hotel, it is very comfortable for a vacation to Gorontalo.

I've stayed here many times, thanks to its budget-friendly prices and excellent amenities. The bathrooms are clean, the hot water works well, breakfast and coffee are served in the morning, and there's a pantry for easy cleaning of personal utensils. I'll definitely be back again👍✨️

Very comfortable room, complete facilities ranging from TV, AC, Mini Fridge, Wifi, Telephone, comfortable bathroom with water that can be adjusted cold and hot, large mirrors on the walls of the room and bathroom, clean and comfortable rooms. The lights are also varied so you can choose which one you want to turn on. Next time maybe I will stay here again.
