Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean, either. We also tried to have breakfast. The food was also tasty, and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food, especially the sweets. There is also an indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything so much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfy. They have all the amenities you need, and everything felt modern. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable—I had a great night's sleep. The location is convenient, close to the city center and mall. Ordering food was easy, with plenty of nearby restaurant options. While there was no hairdryer or iron in the room, you can request them, and the staff will bring them promptly. Overall, a very nice stay!

This is my number 1 favorite hotel in Surabaya. The location is perfect, the room really suits me, not too big since I always stay there for my business trip, but it has a nice touch of room that provides me a comfort feeling. The breakfast is always great, not over in terms of variation, but it has everything you want from a breakfast buffet. I already recommend this hotel to many of my colleagues and definitely will come back there soon on my next biz trip.

The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street

The room is clean, there is a TV, AC, hot and cold shower, toilet, wifi, everything works. Parking is safe, the gate is closed at night, there is a guard 24 hours.
