I had pleasant stay here, the room was clean and tidy, the staffs were very helpful, the room amenities were complete, and the food was great. The hotel location is minutes away by walking from nagoya hill and nagoya city centre and minutes away by car/taxi from harbour bay port. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam.

I have travelled 26 Countries and this has been one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in for an overall experience. The facilities are amazing, the Manager - Said made me feel extremely welcome and at home and the Executive Chef - Wawan Gunawan’s food was excellent, I looked forward to breakfast every morning!! This Hotel offers a lot for the price and really made my stay in Batam one I will remember!! I will definitely be back.

Zest Harbour Bay Batam by Swiss-Belhotel International

2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details
