Dan terutama anak saya dia sangat happy dan betah di Great Western Resort Hotel sampai tidak mau pulang, anak saya happy saat renang di pagi hari dengan udara yang sejuk dan bersih, bahkan sekarang aja setiap weekend request menginap di GWR lagi, dan saya janji bulan depan saya ajak menginap lagi di sana, karena kebahagiaan anak itu nomor 1. Thanks GWR sudah membuat anak saya betah dan happy liburannya.

Sorry for late review. This hotel has excellent staffs and very friendly, the condition of hotel very good and I have an issue due to the toilet a little bit dirty but it's not a big deal for me. In spite of the covid 19 situation, the staffs are working hard to make every guest staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

We just loved it here! So many complimentaries for family of 4 with kids under 16. Got a sofabed which can fit 2 kids. Great rooms, and bathroom is luxurious. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Best service in tangerang area. Nice pool and poolbar. Delicious and various food made me happy. Got hightea as compliments in the premiere lounge for 4, you can enjoy it while looking at city lights at night. Great gym. Access to mall. Just love this hotel!

Booking 3 rooms for transit. Very underperformed for 3 stars hotel. There is water heater without coffe and tea complimentary. Carpet was dirty and many stain left. Shower without hot water. Fortunately, the lift is work well.

You should choose the 3rd floor for a cleaner room. The 1-2 floors are dirty and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. It was so much better 6 years ago, seems like they were not maintaining it with much effort anymore.

The room in cute and tiny. Not so much space to move, understood with the cheap price. No toilet paper available.
