Hotels near Icon Walk

I had to admit that the service of the staff, were very god. They were kind and helpful. But I had to admit that the building was also too old. Guess I knew from the 1st place, it was an old hotel from other developer. The room was small, but not too small. A little bit darker, the lights were not quite bright. The breakfast menu was so so, not to many options.

I love the ambience of the hotel. There are a lot of open spaces in the pool area, services are very good.

I stayed for 2 nights because my husband and 1 have symposium at Karawaci area and the hotel we used to stay was fully book, so there was no choices except Yasmin Hotel. 1. When I arrived, I order kind of lunch at the restaurant, spaghetti carbonara. And unfortunately, the sauce was runny, more like gravy and so salty. 2. I extended my stay, and ask the staff to make up my room. The night before I had fried tofu that fell, and this afternoon after they made up my room the tofu still exist. 3. The bath shower leaking so the water spread everywhere. 4. There are some ants at room. Would never stay here anymore.

The staff were actually unfriendly, so dirty and the hot water doesn't work. And for the breakfast is awful! Not recommendedat all!

Too much noises from the poil, especially the room in front of it.

lift is not working, so I stay at 5th floor by stairs and the bathroom very dirty. very very not comfortable. so I go to store buy sprayer to clean up bathroom and the tv Channel not good too
