Rather old, only were allowed two pillows for four guests. When asked for more was told that cannot be provided. I biught a bag of nappies and used then for pillow.

The most ugly and unhospitality motel/hotel I have ever been. The reception have no politeness, the flush on toilet don't work. If you want stay here, prepare yourself for the worse. Pelayanan reseptionis parah. Never again I'll visit this place.

Lift was slow and stuck. Had to wait 30 mins to go up to level 2. Staircase locked, unable to take the stairs. When for breakfast but no place to sit. Decided to take up e food upstairs but they didn't restock the breakfast food when food finished. I ended up having to grab food.

Room was okay, not too clean, and there was a bed bugs in the bed. If it 's only for short stay then it 's okay.
