My family and I stayed here overnight because we were transiting on Garuda from Japan (International) to our city in Surabaya (domestic), if the next flight is domestic, it is closer if we stay at the Grand Anara Hotel, this is the first time we tried this Airport hotel, previously when we transited at other hotels near the Airport, our family was happy, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with a kingkoil bed, spacious, nice and clean, the breakfast food was not too much but everything was just right, everything was delicious and edible, we are very satisfied and recommend this hotel, and want to come here if we transit again.

Highlight: super helpful staff (thank you everyone!), airport shuttle (pick up and drop off) is included in the room price (I arrived at Jakarta airport pretty late in the evening and there were only my 3 persons group but pick up was arranged and adjusted to my schedule); great variety of breakfast meal and drinks; 24 hours room service; pretty nice coffee at the cafe. I had 0 worry regarding food. Cleanliness and room comfort are unquestionable. Would come back and recommend!
