I had to wait almost an hour to check in, and I also had to wait almost an hour to get my food ready when I ordered lunch before checked in due to 'forget serving my rice'. My driver had to open the gate himself when we had to go as there's no one helping us although there was one staff using green Batik, there but no security. No glass in the room and the bed sheet cover is tainted. Although the view is quite nice and some of the staff are also friendly and helpful.

For the overall facilities, all are good, but the service is what makes you have to stay here again, none of the employees are unfriendly. From security, receptionist, housekeeping, everything is good and friendly. They are quick to help with anything. Thank you Pakons Prime Hotel.👍.

Cool room, initially ordered the Executive room but there was a little problem but the hotel was really nice and instead changed to a junior suite room whose room price was more expensive than the Executive

Pakons Prime Hotel is located in the center of Tangerang City, right on the edge of Lake Cisadane. This is the first time I found a hotel with 10 floors (5 floors specifically for rooms (floors 5 to floor 9, and 1 more floor, namely floor 10, there is a swimming pool and open cafe) which is strategic and can enjoy views of Tangerang City from the top floor. This hotel provides quite complete facilities at a price that in my opinion is quite cheap (400 thousand) compared to hotels in the surrounding area, such as: 1. Open parking area, and there is also a vehicle parking area in the basement (free); 2. Restaurant that provides a food menu which are varied, delicious and guaranteed halal; 3. Large sized rooms, equipped with a fairly spacious bathroom (around 2 m x 4 m), with hot water facilities, refrigerator, safe, water heater for making coffee, widescreen LCD TV, water cold conditioning, and welcome drink. 4. There is a choice of rooms ranging from VIP rooms, rooms for smokers and non-smokers, not all hotels provide facilities like this. The completeness of the above facilities is accompanied by the very friendly service of all hotel staff, starting from the receptionist, security guard, parking guard, OB, and restaurant employees. The hotel's location is close to shopping centers, culinary centers, and is easily accessible due to public transportation. 5. There is a fairly large meeting room, and this room can also be rented for wedding receptions. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists or business people who will visit Tangerang City who are looking for a cheap hotel, complete facilities with friendly service.

It's nice to stay at Pakons, the front office staff is super duper friendly, check-in doesn't take up to 10 minutes, check-out is also fast, thank God I got a comfortable, clean executive room, the kids were also happy because there was a bathtub, got cheap prices at Grand traveloka bazaar. Next time I want to stay here again. Free parking, complete toiletries, complete slippers. Thank you Traveloka, all Pakons Prime Hotel staff. Staying 2 nights doesn't feel so comfortable.

The rooms are okay according to demand, the air conditioner is cold, there is only 1 glass, finally asking for 1 more. For the second time staying here. Next time here again. If you can check-in, if you can, don't do it at 2 o'clock, it will take too long to wait if you can at 1 o'clock.

Got an upgraded room to a Junior suite, very spacious for yourself. But I'm sorry the breakfast choices are getting smaller even though it's the weekend, last time it wasn't the weekend there were lots of food choices, on the weekend the main course only had 2 choices. But from a location that is not too far from the airport and around it there are many choices of places to eat and minimarkets so it is the right choice rather than one that is too close to the airport but far from places to eat.

First time staying here & the experience was quite satisfying. All the staff & receptionists were friendly, I was also helped to confirm my booking requests clearly, even though there were some that couldn't be fulfilled. To be honest, the elevator is very slow T. T I think this is my only complaint with Pakons. Waiting to go up/down takes a long time. The lobby, cafeteria / restaurant, & hotel hallways are clean & neat, quite comfortable. I ordered a Superior Twin Bed Room, the room was neat, clean, quiet, although a bit small. The facilities in the room are quite complete, including a hairdryer too, although the wind is very small. Also a suggestion, the hotel only gave 1 small bottle of soap & shampoo which should have been 1 bottle per person, even though I was staying with two people, so there wasn't much soap & shampoo. The bed is clean, comfortable, the AC is also quite cold & we can adjust it in the room. The atmosphere is cozy & I am satisfied with this hotel.
