I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. We complained and were given a non-smoking room, but it was still on the smoking floor. The reason was that the rooms were full. I declined because I have allergies. After waiting an hour in the mosquito-infested lobby, I was finally given a room on the non-smoking floor. The room was mediocre, not worth the price, and there were even small cockroaches.
