I arrived at the inn at 5 o'clock but entered the room in a messy condition, and one more thing the bathroom toilet was clogged, the used towels were still not clean, also on the 24th afternoon, I reported it because I wanted to go out and pick up my wife back to the inn still the same

Very far from the photo display. 1. The item mat is really (actually the item is more dirty than the photo), I've asked to replace the OB, but it's not given. 2. Dirty & makeshift toilet (no toiletries) not even given a toothbrush. 3. Have requested early check-in. Checked in at 12.30 noon, FO said there was already a room but charged 50 thousand, rate 350 thousand + charge 50 thousand (not really worth it with a dirty & sober room). It's better to find another hotel that is worth that price, if you are going to Siloam, there are still many other options.

Regarding the black and dirty mats, we always change every change of guests and guest requests. Every guest request, we will always follow up and respond as soon as possible. For bathrooms that look less clean, we will fix them in the future. The availability of toiletries is also in Traveloka's information about what we provide. Requests for early check-in have also been informed by our staff if an additional fee will be charged, if guests do not agree and object, we will suggest waiting in our lobby or restaurant area. +Lokasi gampang, dekat mall. Kamar sesuai foto. Ruangan lumayan luas, cocok untuk bawa balita atau bayi. Ada brankas. Ada kulkas mini. Gantungan baju, handuk 2, air mineral 2. AC berfungsi. Proses check in/out cepat. Ada lift dan restoran.-kamar tidak wangi. Tidak ada perlatan mandi. TV tidak berfungsi.

Kamar kotor terutama kloset, lantai kamar mandi, bau ruangan tidak enak dan tidak ada pengharum ruangan. Sekitar ruangan kotor dan tempat sampah hanya pakai kresek di luar.

Pros: easy location, near Siloam hospital, good cleanliness, easy check in and check out, basic amenities provided (towel, 2 pieces 330ml water, soap), good pricing, lift capacity 5 person, ac working nicely. Cons: Not enough lighting in surrounding area, feels creepy when check in in the night. Hot water in shower need several minutes for heating. Stain in bed sheet.
