The first day I moved in, I felt bad because I was told not to dirty the room, but when I entered, I saw that there were traces of powder or makeup on the blanket. If I washed it properly, it would have disappeared. This must have been someone else's. And the mirror in the bathroom could have been wiped, it looked like it was covered in bumps. The second day, everything was okay and clean.

The room is comfortable and tidy, the AC is cold, there are glasses and a kettle of water, get it on the ground floor
only the toilet is a bit smelly, no toothpaste + toothbrush provided, only soap, pillowcases have stains & sheets are starting to turn yellow, if you come from outside the room it smells a bit, I don't know what smell but it doesn't bother you. The wifi was disrupted when you first entered the room, but the staff quickly came after Maghrib and it was okay again.
Asked for a room on the top floor but they didn't give it to them, they said it was finished even though they checked in at 3 pm, finally they gave me the first floor, even though it was still midnight there were still people checking in :(

Hi Sis. Previously, thank you for staying at our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience. For toothpaste & toothbrush, we do not provide it & there is only soap for toiletries. Regarding WiFi, at that time there was a disruption from the provider, and we have also followed up on the trouble that was happening. And for the request for blocking the room, we also apologize because you did not get what you requested because on that day the upper floor rooms were full & they happened to request it earlier than you. For the location, it's actually not very strategic, but if you're looking for a quiet environment, this is perfect 🤩. Check in at 8 pm was still served well and quickly 🤝🏻. For a spacious room, but there's no storage cabinet or wardrobe huhu so sad. Amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste aren't there, there's also no room tissue

The place is good. Not hard to locate or access. It's worth your money, but the place needs a little bit of cleaning and a bit of renovation. It will be better. It will be nicer to stay there.

So far it's good, the room is quite spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, the AC is cold, the downside is there is no smart TV and the toiletries are incomplete.
