Great service and fantastic location. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we have to stay at your Jakarta airport. When we arrived at terminal 3 we called the hotel for directions. They sent two people to help with our luggage, we didn't even have to ask. It was particularly helpful because my wife is pregnant. The hotel was a five-minute walk to our check-in. Breakfast was offered from 2 am which was great because we needed to leave the hotel by 4 am. They also offered us a trolley to use for our luggage which made getting to the terminal much easier. They were out of queen or King beds but they sent someone to our room to push the twin beds together which was a nice accommodation. A recommendation for anyone who is taking a domestic flight the day before an international flight is to take Garuda or Citilink as they are the domestic airlines that fly into terminal 3 which is the international terminal. Other domestic airlines require you to change terminals. Because we flew Citilink from Central Java to Jakarta, it was very easy to get to the hotel and to our international flight in the morning.

Sorry for late review. This hotel has excellent staffs and very friendly, the condition of hotel very good and I have an issue due to the toilet a little bit dirty but it's not a big deal for me. We just loved it here! So many complimentaries for family of 4 with kids under 16. Got a sofabed which can fit 2 kids. Great rooms, and bathroom is luxurious. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Best service in tangerang area. Nice pool and poolbar. Delicious and various food made me happy. Got hightea as compliments in the premiere lounge for 4, you can enjoy it while looking at city lights at night. Great gym. Access to mall. Just love this hotel!
