The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

Was already suspicious when the room booked was not ready at time and had to wait for them to prepare the room. Ended up highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bed and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets, pillows and blanket and the bathroom felt unhygienic, the floor and glass has white stains and water marks, as if it has never been scrubbed. Had to leave the hotel asap because of the discomfort. Would not recommend and hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

Super happy to held my wedding in Holiday Inn!
The staffs were very professional and friendly, the convention hall and hotel room was super clean, the amenities were quite complete, and the food... it's really really really good 👍🏻
The only drawback is only the accessibility. Pasteur is known to have super bad traffic jam, and my wedding was held on long weekend. So, the traffic jam was terrible 😅
