check-in process quite fast and so is check out process. We arrived at 10PM and get a worm greeting from security at the lobby and the reception guys are all warm and help full. when ever we met the staff they are all warm and will greet you with smile. the room is generally OK, clean room, clean bathroom and also clean linen and towel, except the toilet mat is definitely not good and look dirty. I book for 2 rooms with connecting door and found both mats at the same condition. It does not mean it dirty because of not replaced but the cleaning process perhaps was not good enough. the location is not at the main road, so it quite and good for taking a sleep. The distance to city center took about 20 to 30 Minutes with car. there is a case that the floor drain is not working and made the water spread on the bathroom floor until I have to stop showering. I prompt it to the receptioist and they send a technician who come fast then the problem solved. they also send room service to wipe and dry the bathroom floor from floods.

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.

Good for a business trip, and I enjoyed it there.

Was already suspicious when the room booked was not ready at time and had to wait for them to prepare the room. Ended up highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bed and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets, pillows and blanket and the bathroom felt unhygienic, the floor and glass has white stains and water marks, as if it has never been scrubbed. Had to leave the hotel asap because of the discomfort. Would not recommend and hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

Overall, the hotel is very good. Even though this is not a new hotel, but the condition is still very well maintained. It's recommended. Keep it up.

As usual, stay here is comfortable and enjoyable.
