The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the room (junior suite) was clean and spacious, all 3 TVs worked well, and toiletries and mineral water were provided daily. I'll be staying here again next vacation :)

The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. I especially loved the view from my window; waking up to the city skyline (or ocean/mountain, depending on the vibe you want) was the perfect way to start the day. The housekeeping team deserves special mention—every time I returned to my room, it was perfectly cleaned and neatly arranged.

A very nice hotel, still new, from check-in, the service was very good/very friendly. It's located next to the lobby 5 MOI. When checking out, the service was still friendly. You can also leave your luggage, so you can continue walking to MOI. I really want to return to this hotel if I come to Jakarta again. The service is really top. 10 stars 😍

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

Yesterday I got an upgrade to a room with a bathtub... The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive... Check in and check out were fast. Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍
The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either.
I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet.
In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired.
Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍
