Staff yg ramah terutama receptionis yg handle saya saat check in dan security yg sangat membantu mengarahkan jalan menuju lobby saat saya datang. Sarapan dgn pilihan makanan yg cukup dan resto nya cukup luas dan tidak terlalu sesak dgn tamu saat sarapan. Staff kitchen yg ramah saat saya minta tolong membuatkan telur goreng. Mungkin hanya sedikit saran untuk wifi di kamar sering nyambung putus karena sinyal provider di kamar jg cukup susah. Jadi saya hanya mengandalkan wifi. Overall keren 👍👍

Hotel O Chinatown Near Ampel Formerly Hotel Novera
