I once took a deluxe room and it was not disappointing at all. The view was also very good, the service was very friendly and the cleanliness was maintained. The food also had many variations and everything was very delicious.

The place is nice, clean and also has a comfortable service... The location is in the middle of Jember so you can go around looking for anything you like... Perfect for backpackers or family vacation.

My experience of staying at Karuna Hotels is certainly very pleasant, this is because the price is cheap but the facilities are amazing, the facilities that I mean include comfortable and clean rooms, there is AC, LED TV, and a clean bathroom.
