Never a failure to stay here. The service is courteous, from parking to checking in to your room, you get a new experience. The entire staff is friendly. The hotel is spacious. I happened to be bored and upgraded to an executive room during check-in, assisted by Rahma. Her explanations were very detailed, and the room smelled wonderful.

A very nice hotel, still new, from check-in, the service was very good/very friendly. It's located next to the lobby 5 MOI. When checking out, the service was still friendly. You can also leave your luggage, so you can continue walking to MOI. I really want to return to this hotel if I come to Jakarta again. The service is really top. 10 stars 😍

Sunlake Resort & Convention Hotel is one of the 5-star hotels from Sango Group located in North Jakarta which I highly recommend for those who want to visit either for family or business. The location is very strategic, right in the heart of North Jakarta, close to Kelapa Gading, Tanjung Priok, PRJ, Ancol, etc. The hotel facilities are very complete such as a gym, swimming pool, very large parking (free for those who stay), playground for children, mini zoo, tennis court, cafe, restaurant, etc. The rooms are very spacious (even though the hotel is old) but the property is very well maintained. The breakfast menu is very varied, ranging from Indonesian cuisine, western, Indian, Chinese, etc. The price is cheap for a 5-star hotel class.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.
Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance is pleasant for a small hotel. There is a nice pub nearby.
Staff Assistance: The staffs are very helpful in assisting with our needs.

The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. I don't want the negative review from the previous reviews, it's really comfortable, clean, the facilities are complete, looking for easy meals. Want to go to the mall just crossing? God willing, if you have to take your family to Jakarta, recommended.

Dina Property @ Mall of Indonesia
Incidentally, it can be on the GF floor so it is easy to access in and out of the apartment. All the facilities are good, there is a water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, wifi and so on. The room is also clean. Anyway, everything is good. My child also feels at home. Friendly owner. Success for Dina Property.
