Overall, this hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the city views are excellent, and the location is close to the city center. I called for help because the AC was dripping water on the floor. A technician arrived in less than two minutes and fixed it. My only suggestion is to provide a bath mat in the room.

Stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for Jakarta's 499th anniversary celebrations, making it easier to watch the artists. When booking, I chose a Deluxe room with a view of the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, but due to full capacity, I was given a more spacious Deluxe room. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my stay. I'd love to stay here again sometime.

Stayed here during Jakim 2026. Strategic location near Monas, close to Jl. Sabang for food, and close to Sarinah for shopping. The location is excellent, very strategic. The hotel service is also good and friendly. Excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay.
