Nice place for vacation with family or friends, it's a nice place 👌.

The room is actually very spacious—almost too spacious to the point that it feels a bit odd. The bed directly faces the bathroom door, which feels a bit awkward. The TV is placed very far from the bed, as if it was meant to be watched from the sofa. But let’s be honest—nobody watches TV from the sofa. We’d rather watch while lying in bed. Dunno I smelled some gasoline near bed. Lucky I brought linen spray. The hot shower works well, though the water heater only provides about 50 liters per hour, so it’s not ideal if you plan to fill the bathtub. One small detail: the bathroom door doesn’t have a handle on the outside, so closing it can be tricky—lol. The view behind the property overlooks a river, though there’s still some plastic waste stuck there. Not great, but hard to complain. The scenery overall is stunning. Just be careful when walking outside—the path is very mossy due to the damp weather. Wearing non-slip shoes or sandals really helps here.

Old Building and Facilities. Needs physical fitness as the room were ups and down stairs. Views is quite hillarious with hilly scenery and Asia Africa Tourism Spot. Good enough for value. Rooms are spacious enough but lack of electric outlet source. Bathroom door is transluscent, if you switch on the lamp inside then anyone can see through the bathroom glass door.

All good, hotel area and pool are well maintained and clean, room and bathroom are clean and comfort, with extra bed in Deluxe King bedroom. Breakfast just so so, as usual only nasgor with fried egg and chicken coupled with hot tea free flow, taste is not bad.

It's not that bad, it's just an old place with some nostalgic vibes.

The room was spacious and the staff is all friendly. This is an old villa with many broken facilities. Examples are the wifi and water heater, which did not work during our entire stay despite their staff effort to fix them. The price is too expensive for what we got and then they don't have any kitchen stuff aside from 6 small glasses. When I requested for plates, they said I have to pay extra. And they don't allow guests to bring their own kitchen equipments. sad. Our 4 bedroom villa, bougenville 03, was at the very end of the property. The view was nice but their fence and the surrounding area almost ruined the view because they are not well maintained. The pool and restaurant is far away that we always have to drive to get there. The water in the pool was so cold. There barely anything to do inside the property, so I can't really recommend this place... Not now... but maybe in the future if they couldimprove their facilities or probably reduce their price.

The staff was helpful, good for 1 night stay.
