This hotel is the best, with a myriad of facilities like a mini zoo, game room, etc., which is perfect for children. The food is very varied, from Indonesian, Western, Middle Eastern, and Japanese, they have it all. This is a one-stop hotel, I don't think even if you just stay at the hotel, the kids won't get bored. If I go to Bandung again, I will probably come here again.

This is my first stay in DeJava Hotel. It was a very comfortable and nice stay. The room's so spacious. Clean and the AC worked well. It's soundproof and the TV program's okay for me. The location's wonderful. Right across PVJ, in the direction towards Lembang area. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. 👍🏻

My go-to hotel when I visit Bandung, I stay here almost every time. The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the pool, and the parking are all comfortable. When my family and I stayed there last time, I got a twin room. I asked if I could put the beds together because I had kids with me. Instead, the receptionist upgraded me to a double bed with a bunk bed. Thank God, that was very kind.

Guys, if you go to Bandung and are looking for a strategic hotel, clean, friendly staff, there are bolsters, you can borrow irons, you must stay here. I highly recommend this hotel, even though the room is a bit small but it is very comfortable, the bed and pillows are clean, then you get a bolster, the AC also works well, there is a water heater, amenities are available, you get clean towels too, basically the best stay here! On each floor there is a dispenser so you can refill water and there is a hot water kettle too, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided! The best anyway, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again🫶🏻

I was truly amazed by the service at Truntum Hotel. Initially, we had to wait a long time for a room because it was Eid and the rooms were fully booked, but the wait was still enjoyable. We were given a welcome drink and were given a choice of other drinks as well. So, the full service was great, the room was clean, and the view of Bandung was really beautiful. I got a view of Mount Tangkuban Perahu, and especially the breakfast, nothing was disappointing, everything was delicious. My first time staying at Truntum, I got a great ambiance and it was totally worth it.

Thank God, very satisfying.
The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was very quick, even though it was only 1 p.m., but we were allowed to come in.
The cleanliness of the room and the environment was maintained, and the atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant.
The kids even asked to come back.
