Honest review... Central access to the city with a very tall building, so you get an extraordinary view, especially at night. The room was also clean. Incidentally, we stayed in a deluxe room, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. And the environment made it easy for us to shop. There are restaurants and a Circle K downstairs, so no worries 🥰. Will always come back to stay here.

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again

It was my first stay here, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The location is also a big plus, being just a short distance from Pasar Turi Station. A great stay overall.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was clean, although a bit small, but still worth it. The bed was soft and the air conditioning was cool, so I slept very well. The bathroom was also clean. The location is very strategic, close to shopping centers and many restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

The chefs, staff, and employees here generally work very long hours. This is a sign that they're comfortable working here, so it's no wonder their hospitality towards customers is so extraordinary. Even the chef has been the same since the early 1980s; their fried oxtail soup is incredible. Elmi = hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, deliciousness.

Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Breakfast offers many delicious varieties. Overall a great experience!

All the hotel staff are very friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The hotel is very close to the center of the city, but traffic noise is barely audible in the rooms; everything is within walking distance. The rooms and hotel grounds are always clean.

The staff are very welcoming, those on duty at the Front Office, both those on morning and night shifts, the location is really good inside the mall, easy access to everywhere, good AC, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, the room size is really good... The price is very affordable, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to Choice Hotel again...
