Assalamu'alaikum. First entering the hotel entrance area, we were greeted very friendly by the hotel staff, as well as the reception staff who welcomed us warmly. Atmosphere/Facilities: The hotel is very clean and fragrant, the facilities are very complete, and what we really like is the swimming pool and gym. Food: The food is very tasty and delicious with a complete menu. Staff Assistance: The staff officers are very enthusiastic in helping us. Highlights: A very valuable experience to be able to stay at this hotel. Price: The price is very cheap and worth it. Location: The location is very strategic because it is very close to the Transjakarta bus stop.

We stayed at this service apartment with our family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful from entering the hotel gate, unloading your luggage, to getting to your room in perfect order. There was a welcome drink. Everything was flawless, the room and bathroom were clean, the water was flowing, all the appliances were working well, there was a free minibar snack, and the food was quite varied. Very close to PIM. The pool was clean and comfortable, and there was a gym next to it. It was really worth staying here. Bismillah, I will come back again next time.

This hotel is very comfortable, and the service is friendly. I arrived in Jakarta quite early, arriving at the hotel around 10:00. Since it wasn't check-in time yet and we didn't have anywhere else to go, we took a break in the lobby. It was comfortable, cool, had a sofa, a charging station, and most importantly, the staff was friendly.

Too comfortable for a capsule hotel. Strategic location, next to the main road/artery. No shortcomings at all. Friendly receptionist, check-in time is directed. Friendly housekeeper offered to move rooms from top to bottom. The room is always tidied up shortly after the guest checks out. Clean room. Two split AC units provide a cool indoor experience. The room is able to reduce outside noise. Selection of visually friendly lights. Provision of a wardrobe with a Smart-lock feature. The toilet is always clean, often cleaned. There is a urinal, sink, and running water. Hand soap and bath soap are provided. Toilet paper is available. The shower has a water heater if you want to take a hot shower. The pantry is clean. Complete cutlery, spoons, forks, plates, bowls, glasses. If there are piles of dishes, they are always ready to wash them. If I have used something, I wash it right away. Coffee, tea, sugar are provided. Gallon water is always ready. The dispenser is always on for hot water. The provision of a small number of rooms but maintains good quality. Salute. 👏🏻
