I've stayed at this hotel several times. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Whenever I go to Bali, I always stay at this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, I stayed 4 nights, different types of rooms, all comfortable, only there was a leak in the AC but it was immediately fixed, recommended for families, near the laundry, near Alfamart, near souvenir shops, basically top, I left my cellphone there, and the staff immediately sent it via expedition. Next year if I go on holiday to Bali again I will definitely go there again, hopefully the Harris River View Hotel will be more successful and continue to progress.

When looking for a hotel, it must be close to a busy place so we don't have to worry, there are officers on duty 24 hours, every time a guest comes in and out they are always greeted... You were willing to help me leave my motorbike with the rental person, the helmet might have been borrowed by another hotel guest but you wanted to help me return it to the rental person. When my order of white rice arrived late, the chef immediately came over to apologize, even though it wasn't that late. Furthermore, since we were checking out that day, the chef offered me some bread for our travel supplies, along with drinks and iced coffee. 5-star service, an exceptionally good hotel and service.

I stayed one night on December 31, 2025, to celebrate New Year 2026. I came over 7 PM and was assisted by FO, namely Feny, she was very helpful. The hotel has spacious rooms, delicious food, and excellent service.

It's a pleasant and strategic area. We could just walk from place to place. The room is quite wide, comfortable bed, and clean. The pool is also very nice 😍. I would be back here again for my next trip.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were in good condition, with large beds, perfect for bringing children. The backyard overlooks the ocean, with a beautiful garden and pool. You can enjoy a morning stroll along the beach. However, my favorite was the breakfast; it was extensive and delicious. I would definitely return.

Every time the MI Al Huda students perform in their ballroom, I always stay overnight to make it easier to prepare. And it's never a dud, plus if you're here, stop by the restaurant, the prices are still very economical for a hotel. Also try the lalapan and pizza for 65k, you can mix 6 toppings, I swear this pizza is freshly homemade and really delicious because the crust is crispy.
