The pleasent and have a greatfull services in this hotel. The staff was very helpful and warm greetings. The location was strategic near shopping mall. Breakfast was very enjoy, various food western and indonesian food combine with open view restaurant.

The place is very homey, the rooms are clean, the service is also friendly, all the staff are friendly, especially the food is varied, delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable. Next time I come here again if I go to Samarinda. Thank you🙏

For the umpteenth time staying at the Segiri Hotel, the service is fast, cleanliness is sufficient

Staying at Hotel Mesra has always been the most comfortable place, from when I was little until now, when I have children. The staff is friendly and always provides rooms upon request. The serene atmosphere and spacious rooms, plus balconies, are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool view.

Maintain the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff from the front to the back are all friendly, the best thing was when we had breakfast, the food was all delicious and what we really appreciated was that our 7 year old child was not asked about his age and so on, and was still able to have breakfast without any additional costs, good job Amaris Samarinda!

What I really liked was that the hotel smelled really good, and the room smelled delicious when I entered. The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive.

Quite good for a cheap Guest House. I love it. The personnel was very kind and always willing to help. I booked the room without breakfast but they still give me breakfast for free. Thanks and keep up the good work. If possible, please provide sandal.

A safe, quiet, and clean location, from the lobby to the rooms. Good room amenities, a working and enjoyable TV. The bathroom was also clean.
