We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

Even though the room was not ready when I arrived around 8pm, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maggie from operator provided me with seamless check-in, accommodating special requests, and offering thoughtful recommendations, including a late check out. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. This is the best of the best 5-star hotels. 1. The entire hotel staff is friendly, patient, and polite, with exceptional service. 2. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very luxurious. 3. There was a welcome drink, a free birthday cake, and beautiful birthday decorations in the room. 4. I booked well in advance, and all my special requests were met very well. It was all worth it, with the extraordinary service from the staff. I was given a 2 p.m. check-out, and the kids had free breakfast even though they had breakfast in the room. Check-in was very fast, and it was delivered directly to the room. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, even though we had breakfast in the room. I was truly satisfied with the abundance and delicious taste of the food. The best part was the lontong (rice cake) at breakfast; it was absolutely delicious. If I could give this hotel 10 stars for its service, food, and everything. It's truly a 5-star hotel with no flaws whatsoever. I was very happy to stay at Grand Cityhall; it didn't disappoint in the slightest
