A staycation with the family was enjoyable at the Harris Hotel Malang. The swimming pool is great. The gym is also great, clean, and the equipment is easy to use. The hotel's surroundings are cool and full of trees.

This hotel is truly family-friendly. The price is perfectly commensurate with the facilities and everything you get. The kids are guaranteed to love it. If you want to go to Malang city, it's also close via the shortcut, and you'll be right at Suhat, haha. Batu isn't too far either. It's simply great. Hopefully, I can stay here again sometime. This hotel is recommended if you want to explore Malang city due to its location at the city center area and easily accessed from the main road. The highlight is on the 11th floor, they have Dewa19 Cafe which is quite interesting and unique.

Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

Good service, got a room as requested, namely non-smoking, clean room, clean bathroom, hotel close to the city center, parking is quite spacious, breakfast menu is not too extensive but tastes good.

Had an issue with my AC in the room, but the staff offered a room change, and it was a quick response. Very professional.
