Stayed here for 3 nights. The vibe is calming, comfortable, green, and clean. The room is quite spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure staying here. Recommended for a vacation, especially if you're bringing children.

What a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. There was also a sandwich-making activity for the kids while we were there. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The pool was also nice, with warm water. There was a family photo session with LoftMoments for guests staying here. Free print of one photo and frame. I'll be back again sometime in the future.

Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. Bringing my family to stay here for my graduation was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
