What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone. What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back 🙂 Thank you and keep up the good work!

Family favorite hotel... Been here for the 4th time, and tried every room theme. The room is spacious for a big family like us. Near from any food, theme park, and entertainment. Surely be back to try another theme room

Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!

the hotel right in the middle of the city, easy access to any travel destination. the hotel is quiet clean, the service is full of hospitality and the food is good.

I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

We just spent a lovely weekend at Kontena Hotel and had such a great experience ✨, especially as a family with a young child. The hotel has a unique container-style design that’s both stylish and Instagram-worthy, but what stood out the most for us was how kids-friendly it is. Our daughter absolutely loved joining the cooking class where she decorated her own donuts! 🍩 She got to choose the toppings herself and proudly brought home her sweet creations.

Awesome place for family vacation, kids love it and my family very happy. From the balcony we can see the lion..very exciting. In the morning we can direct to Jatim Park 2, and near to other place for vacation

Such a perfect place to stay! Complete facilities, great service, and pretty affordable. Definitely will come back again!
