The hotel staff is friendly and the satellite TV is spot on. Reports of broken TVs were promptly followed up and replaced. The security guards are all friendly, and parking is always guided. Don't hesitate to come here.

An excellent hotel, this is truly a place to be, don't judge by its appearance. The building's appearance is impressive from the outside, but the inside is just as impressive. The rooms are stunning, the bathrooms are clean, and most importantly, the rooms are incredibly spacious. Not to mention the large beds, which can accommodate two more. Highly recommended for those visiting Batu. Located next to the mall, it's about a 10-minute drive.

Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Upon entering the elevator, you'll immediately be greeted with a pleasant fragrance. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi with a good connection. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you☺️🙏

Strategic location, very close to JTP 2, JTP 1, and Batu Square. The place is very clean, including the hotel area, rooms, and bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, helping with parking directions when arriving and leaving, and helping with luggage. Overall, it's great.
