And the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the staff are friendly and there is a seafood restaurant in the hotel area that tastes really good when you go to Palembang again and definitely want to stay here again.

The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of the city. Easy access to anywhere. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. I like this hotel the most, there is a bolster. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is always the best. The restaurant is located on the roof top. The staff service is very friendly and makes it easy for us guests.

Pleasant stay as always. The room was spacious and more air flow, the best swimming pool with beautiful set of palm trees like in LA😁 (my two kids really enjoy the pool), we love our view, the balcony with green landscapes was great. it feels like we go to a forest with all trees and fresh air. Strategic resort in the middle of the city, and its not just a hotel, its a home for us, we love Novotel, touching our hearth 😘👍can't wait for our next staycation
