Our first staycation with the family: our children, grandchildren, and in-laws were all delighted. The grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and spacious playground (kids-friendly). We loved the cozy restaurant, delicious and varied food, and friendly service. The strategic location is close to the shopping center. God willing, we'll come back with the family next time. ❤️

The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly every night. The view from the window was also a treat. Complete Amenities: I had the chance to try out the [Pool/Gym/Spa] facilities, and they were all very well maintained. The hotel's public areas were also kept clean.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the bathroom has clean water that can be hot or cold, and the TV is a smart Android TV so you can chill with Netflix while snacking. I've had 7 staycations here with my wife and kids. Keep up the good work ❤️

Even though I ordered a standard room, I thought it would be a really small and mediocre standard, but it turned out the room I got was really spacious, with a living room and its own kitchen facilities. I thought I was given the wrong room, but it turned out to be true. I told him about the leaking AC, dripping water, and the AC repairman immediately came. I asked for help setting up the TV that couldn't connect to the internet, and he helped me right away. I didn't expect to get this much service at such a cheap price. No wonder it's always crowded with people staying, it turns out it's really that satisfying. Continued success to the employees and owner ✨

First time to this hotel. Really salute the service of all the staff, starting from entering the hotel lobby door, to the receptionist, to the 22nd floor the coolest location the view is a must recommend for photos, to the children's playground, to the dining area, to the swimming pool, to the gym all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Plus the hotel is also really cool, starting from entering the lobby to all areas of the hotel are really cool. Definitely recommend, next time I want to go there again. The service was excellent, the admin was responsive, and the room was comfortable and fully equipped, from toiletries to food, even with plenty of clothes to hangers. It's perfect for those coming from far away and bringing a lot of clothes. I think if you're planning to stay at TSM, it's better to go through Housesleep; the location and service are excellent.
