We arrived there late, the room we were supposed to occupy had already been given to someone else. The lights went out for quite a long time, I complained because the technician wasn't there on Sunday. Breakfast fried rice tastes salty. So my impression of staying there was very unpleasant.

Many of the rooms have holes in the walls, so lots of ants and animals come in. The bathroom is small. The only food they buy is porridge. In fact, if you want to take care of it, it's good because of the natural atmosphere. Regret taking 2 nights because it's just the first time. Got fooled by looking at the picture in the app🥲.

The hotel staff is friendly but the room size is too small. The room is not fully walled but uses plywood & some parts that are perforated are visible from the outside. The sheets & pillowcases smell damp, probably never changed. The bathroom has a big spider web & is full of termites. There is no soap & shampoo in the bathroom. There are many swimming pools, you can choose anywhere but they are dirty. The curtains also smell & the sliding door is broken. Enough & thank you.

Resort yang memiliki nuansa hutan & terasa alami. Sayangnya resort ini terasa sudah tidak terawat karena fasilitas swimming poolnya kotor & banyak kamar yang tidak terawat juga. Untuk kapasitas kamar yang dapat digunakan 4 orang rasanya kurang pantas jika pintu kamar mandi transparan sehingga terlihat siluet orang yang berada di dalam toilet, pintu kamar yang agak sulit untuk dibuka tutup & sprei yang aromanya kurang sedap. Semoga resort ini bisa bertahan & diperbaiki lagi untuk fasilitas²nya.

I was fooled by the advertisement, when I got far from the alleged old building of the hotel, many hotels were abandoned and not maintained. Hard fried rice breakfast, lots of mosquitoes, uncomfortable foam mattress. That price is expensive. I regret staying here but I can't wait to order. The toilet has no clothes hangers. At that price there should be hot water.

My family and I's experience, from the moment we entered the hotel area, was not good. Entering the hotel area, dark, dirty, unkempt. The reception staff is just what it is. Not wearing a proper uniform. Just wear a simple t-shirt and sandals. And the worst thing in my opinion is that he smokes when receiving guests. When I entered the reception area, many staff were chatting and smoking too. It doesn't look like he was well educated. I am also an active smoker, I don't really have a problem with the smell of cigarettes, but it feels inappropriate if the staff smokes. The staff is kind and friendly, but in my opinion the brand manner is not quite right. The condition of the reception area is also unkempt and dirty. The journey from the reception area to the accommodation unit also looks unkempt. When you enter the rental unit, the conditions and experience are not much different. Dirty, damaged and lots of ants. My family and I are very uncomfortable at this location. Prices are not cheap, but conditions are very sad. When I was at the location yesterday, only 3-4 rooms were sold out of approximately 15 available units. When I ordered on the application, it said that the rooms were very limited, or 1 room remaining, I was fooled, both in the photo and the notification. Many other locations are much nicer at similar prices. I only give this for input and improvement, so that it can be better in the future and sell well.

As for the price rate, it should be like a hotel ⭐ and above, but it is a shame that the facilities are inadequate, the room door is dislodged from the door rail so it is difficult to open or close, the water is not yet turned on when the guests arrive. The place is not clean in all areas of the room, especially the bathroom, there are no toiletries such as soap, shampoo and so on, there are additional fees from employees outside of accommodation procedures for upgrade reasons and so on, where prices are set by hotel/lodging staff. .

The price paid for the facilities provided is not appropriate. If only the price was around 300-500 thousand, maybe I wouldn't be writing this. However, what I paid was 1,053,000 for the cabin suite type, but what I got was like under 500 thousand. Let's start with the minuses. 1. Got 2 beds, but they looked like they were damaged, the middle of the bed was a bit curved, and that happened to both beds. 2. Can't get tissue, not even toilet tissue. 3. Can't get toothpaste or toothbrush. 4. The main sliding door is difficult to close. 5. Modest breakfast, (fried rice, delivered in Styrofoam, just like buying fried rice around). 6. Gypsum walls, only bathroom walls. 7. Facilities outside the room are not well maintained (garden, swimming pool, road). Plus. 1. The employees are friendly and helpful. Frankly, I rarely write reviews, but because the price and facilities are not suitable, it is better for me to write about my experience, so that it can be improved in the future.
