Had a great time at this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Only downside for us was we didn't have a freestanding shower - it was a bath with the shower over. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

No longer the higher quality of the previously managed company - the Radisson. Some front desk staff need better training. No ice bucket in hotel room. Broken bench in front of property, that did not seem to bother hotel management. However, the housekeeping staff was excellent - very responsive.

I cannot even begin to express how amazing this hotel is. I will most definitely stay here again and will always recommend it to anybody considering a trip to Dublin. It's a perfect location. Just enough outside of the city to feel a little peace and serenity, but still close enough to catch a quick taxi into the heart of Dublin. The grounds are stunning and the interiors are very lush and warm. It is a beautifully kept hotel and it is very clear how much care and consideration has been put into the design and restoration of this historic building and the land it sits on. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with open arms and smiles from all of the staff. You could not ask for a more caring, accommodating group of people. They were all so helpful. From booking dinner reservations and calling us transportation into the city, to making sure our room was refreshed from top to bottom while we were downstairs at breakfast. And don't get me started on the incredible breakfast options. So much to choose from and every bite is amazing. We also ate in each of the restaurants, and they were just as equally delicious. The St Helen's Hotel was a perfect place to spend the end of European adventure and I can't wait to return.

What a lovely hotel, outside and inside! There was enough parking and nice staff at the front desk. Our rooms were spacious, clean and had beautiful views! We had all the amenities of safe, tv, refrigerator and coffee/tea set up. We had bookings for 2 nights and slept wonderfully! Breakfast was provided with our reservation and was a combination of buffet and cook to order ~ delicious selections! We ate one night at the restaurant and the food was very good. The grounds of this hotel were massive, and we lived walking about looking at the various flower beds; the landscaping was a high point! Absolutely no complaints! We would stay here again for sure! 10/10!!

This was my first time in Ireland. I chose the hotel based on the fact that I could keep a rental car on property. The hotel was perfect. During check in, they asked what the purpose of our trip was, I mentioned our anniversary and they sent fruit and cake with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate on a platter to our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. The breakfast is so good. It is not your ordinary buffet. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I wish we could’ve had dinner or gone to the bar on site but we didn’t have the chance to…definitely next time!

From check-in to check-out, my stay at the St. Helen's Hotel was magical. The lobby and restaurant facilities are so beautiful, and Nadine at check-in was very helpful. Our room was immaculate and full of amenities. Food was abundant, fresh and creatively prepared. We ate twice in the Orangerie Bar, and the manager was a delightfully friendly woman.
