I usually try to stay near the main train station for convenience sake. But I would caution against staying anywhere near the main train station area in Naples! It is an extremely sketchy area. As for the hotel, the accommodations were clean, and the breakfast was awesome, and the view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful. However, it was very loud. Every time water turned on or off in my room or neighboring rooms, the pipes made a loud banging noise. There is no carpeting so everything in the hallway echoes.

My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around.

This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room.

First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night. Second night we moved down the hall. There were less bugs, but water pressure and temperature fluctuations were worse. Still no air conditioning. At least the toilet flushed. Both rooms did have a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace access is also a decent addition. Lastly, the area the hotel is in is riddled with crime. Police and military are constantly posted in the areas right outside the hotel. Did not feel safe. Do not recommend.

Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also.
