깨끗하고 침실도 넓고 좋아요. 다만 객실에 침대수만큼의 의자와 테이블이 있었으면 합니다. 객실에서 음식을 같이 먹기가 불편했어요. 아침식사와 리셉션의 응대는 모든 게 훌륭했어요. 대학생 자녀와 여행했는데 나폴리역에 내려 11시경 먼저 짐을 맡기고 폼페이에 가려 했는데 아들이 전날 무리한 탓으로 걷지 못할 정도로 통증을 호소해서 리셉션에 이른 체크인을 부탁했더니 들어주셔서 객실에서 아들이 쉴 수 있었습니다. 정말로 감사드립니다. 직원의 성함은 기억하지 못하지만 그 친절 잊지 않을 거에요.

어플에서 모든 결제를 했지만 도시세를 다시 지불해야 했습니다. 공조기와 욕실 좌변기는 제대로 작동이 안되었고 발코니는 있었지만 역 근처라서 시끄럽습니다. 1박으로 짧게 숙박해서 매우 다행이었습니다.

Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!

The location is excellent if you’re traveling by train in Italy, as it’s right next to the station and close to everything you might need. There are several restaurants nearby that may seem like tourist traps at first, but they’re actually very good. When walking to the historic center, choose your route carefully, some areas uphill can feel a bit off. The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was extremely kind, and the lobby is perfect, offering everything you could need. I didn’t give it five stars because every time a bus or train passed by, you could clearly hear it from the room, and the water had a slightly unpleasant smell. The terrace, with its view of Mount Vesuvius and the city, is absolutely worth it, a highlight of our stay!

Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment! Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city! The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius. While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe. Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could! So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel. The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Städtetrip braucht. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick auf den Vesuv.

Shower was terrible as you had to hold onto it. Felt unsafe. Bad that the venue states police outside. Pillows were horrible. All round not a great experience. Would not recommend.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Mit dem Bus ist man vom Flughafen wirklich schnell im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße und so ist der Geräuschpegel hoch, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das gar kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber das ist für ein paar Tage bei einem Städtetrip auch nicht relevant. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück wirklich gut und die Dachterrasse herrlich :-) Wunderbar ist auch, dass man im Hotel Kleinigkeiten wie Getränke, Knabbereien etc. kaufen kann.

This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
