B&B Hotel Napoli

First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night. Second night we moved down the hall. There were less bugs, but water pressure and temperature fluctuations were worse. Still no air conditioning. At least the toilet flushed. Both rooms did have a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace access is also a decent addition. Lastly, the area the hotel is in is riddled with crime. Police and military are constantly posted in the areas right outside the hotel. Did not feel safe. Do not recommend.

Dirty and noisy. Barely slept.

The hotel is ideal for the train station. Not a great area but there are some cheap restaurants near. I like the old building and it is clean with a good breakfast selection.

Exceeded expectations for the location. Noise from the busy streets was biggest downfall, but expected being so close to train station. Fantastic selection of breakfast foods. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also.

The room was not super new, but it was clean. The staff was friendly.

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back.

The room was very clean. All of the staff were polite and extremely helpful. Despite being close to the road, the noise wasn't too bad. It was well located for what we wanted to do.

Staff was good, Good Continental Breakfast . But the rooms were ok. There was a funky smell coming from bathroom. Since our room Was on roadside , so much of traffic noice from outside.

The location was excellent near the main train, metro and bus stations. Room is clean and comfortable. We opted for no breakfast but based on the menu - it looked great.

Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!

Terrible experience. Room was poorly maintained. Presence of mold and cracks. Room didn’t match pictures posted on the website.

Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment! Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city! The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius. While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe. Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could! So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel. The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room.

Balcony was a plus, bathroom small, room was clean and well kept a plus, area around hotel a lot of litter the street is not clean

Shower was terrible as you had to hold onto it. Felt unsafe. Bad that the venue states police outside. Pillows were horrible. All round not a great experience. Would not recommend.

This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

The room was great but only wish was there's a refrigerator in the room. Great location and close to everything. Metro station, shops and restaurants. Staffs was wonderful and helpful.
