Great access to public transport, clean, quiet, knowledgeable staff.

Clean room and hotel circulating areas. Breakfast was great, typical Italian cold fare, plus scrambled egg and frankfurters type sausage. Staff were lovely, always helpful. Location of hotel was amazing, a 2 minute walk to the main Tetmini, lots of bars and restaurants around. Yes there are sometimes some people hanging around the surrounding area, but there is also a big Police ansecurity presence almost 24/7, but I think this is because it's so close to the Termini, so a lot of movement of people. I will definitely return to this hotel

Good hotel which is located close to Centrale. rooms are comfortable but the toilet can be a bit cold in the winter. Front desk staff are friendly.

We had a good and comfortable 2 nights here. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Bathroom was good. We had the top floor with our own big balcony. Staff at reception were very good!

A little loud since you’re in the heart of the city. Also a little bit of a ruff area although we had protection of the police always keeping the area safe. Staff were great, room also very nice. They didn’t have the two twin beds which we had requested but made sure we have individual covers and blankets which was the perfect solution. Breakfast was great. Roof top views were incredible! Also very convenient to get to the train to do day trips.

The hotel facilities are nice and the Terrance overlooking the city is an added plus. Perfect for a one-night stay while traversing the area. Biggest complaint was a lack of Air Conditioning - the unit did not work and necessitated sleeping with the window open facing the loud Piazza. No staff on duty to report the broken A/C unit while checking out.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much and they have smiles on their faces. Unfortunately the hotel is quite average 3*, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with clean linen but bathroom smells because of the bad gutters, ceiling and walls are examples of bad craftsmanship, balcony door are loose and there's no kettle. There are all together 7 steps to the elevator and many more steps from the elevator to the roof terrace which is a nice place. Not recommended for wheelchair users although staff are most helpful to accommodate one's needs. Many food options and shops in close area. Very close to main train station and Alibus to the airport. Train station is a bit dodgy area but there are many police officers around day and night. (I'd love to attach photos I took, but button below doesn't work)

Lovely central hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Behind door of bathroom a little dirty, and tea making facilities would have been nice. Although facing the noisy square, room was well sound proofed and essentially quiet. Would stay again. Bed v comfy!

We liked that the building was easy to find. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. During the day, it is quiet, but at night time, you can feel the train and hear the street noises. It was close to the train station, which was very helpful.

The location isnt the greatest, but the staff was extremely helpful, the shower water was coming out dirty as well as the sink water. At night when i tried to shower the preesure of the water was only enough to make half the shower head work.

The room was nice and clean, staff spoke good English and was really helpful, night shift staff seemingly did not care about much for residents, rest of the staff really good.
