I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel because the service was very friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Stuff very helpful and polite. The balcony has beautiful view. Do not save money, take the room with sea view! It is wirth it. Breakfast is grandioso!! You have everything to eat and be full till 16:00, really. Tasty coffe with latte. Desserts ...mmmmm. Very good location, nice restourants nearby,metro, shopping area.

Very clean room. Very old hotel - could need an upgrade. The lift did work just now and then and stopped daily. Terrible that you have to book time to use the pool. I ordered 2 rooms with balcony. Got one, but without chairs and table. Its not for all the rooms... and a 4 stars hotel should never serve yesterdays cold and green boiled eggs to breakfast at 6.30. That's a same.

Only downfall is that you need a lot of taxis to go anywhere. Only saving grace was the gelato shop next door. Air conditioning in the room was poor

The room I was given was miles away from the lobby, felt like I was shoved in the corner of a neighbouring hotel that had been merged into this hotel. The pool system is odd. I stayed one night and was informed I could not use the pool because I had checked out. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing. I did not find the staff to be helpful. At check in, I was not informed where breakfast was or how the pool booking system worked, so had to come back to reception to check on those things and stand in a queue when they should have been told to me at check in. The bathroom had mould all in the shower/bath combi set up. Overall, dated and overpriced. Can find much nicer accommodation in Naples.

Room was clean and the daily maid service maintained a high standard over the 8 days we stayed. Staff were helpful and polite always. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of dishes. Swimming pool area great addition and well maintained. Room / corridor leading to room was in need of repairs. Tv wasn’t well fixed to the wall. Decoration was dated ( supposedly in the style of 1950’s) and the shower didn’t work properly until the last day having reported the problem after Day 1.

Localidad perfecta a 5 mtos en taxi del puerto Molo Beverollo. Hotel, habitaciones y restaurante con una vista increíble a la bahía de Nápoles. Servicio rápido y fueron muy amables. Seis noches muy buenas , lo recomiendo. Regreso pronto!

The hotel has nice views of the water and lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The front desk had a difficult time changing a 20 Euro into smaller bills. The tub was difficult for showering. Slippery and narrow. Excellent breakfast and nice outdoor bar on 10th floor. Air conditioning was moderate but it was very hot weather.

I had a pleasant stay and would highlight the excellent location, which offers stunning views from the balcony. The rooftop pool area is a fantastic, relaxing space, and the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. I also appreciated the daily complimentary still and sparkling water provided in the room. However, the hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. The most notable downside was the lack of proper glassware in the room; having to rely on paper cups and request fresh ones daily was quite inconvenient. Additionally, while the coffee and pastries at breakfast were excellent, the rest of the meal was fairly average. Overall, a nice stay, but there is room for improvement.
