Vi besøgte hotellet henover sommeren i 5 dage. Vi havde to kriterier i udsøgning af hoteller. Aircondition og Pool. Poolen var åben for alle, men havde meget begrænset liggestole og parasoller, hvilket betød at man skulle bestille tid (maks. 2 timer) fra dag til dag. Dette var ikke oplyst på forhånd ved booking, men først ved/efter bekræftelsen af bookingen. Tiderne var altid fyldt hurtigt op, og der var som regel kun ledige tider 18.30. Airconditioning virkede rimeligt i fællesarealerne, men på værelset kørte motoren på en blæser/AC, men den kunne ikke nedkøle, hvorfor værelset stadig var varmt. Vinduerne kunne heller ikke åbne, hvilket påvirkede luften betydeligt. Overordnet virkede personalet søde og venlige. Dog blev housekeeping/rengøring ved med at tage vores ekstra roomkey, når de gjorde rent uden yderligere information. Hotellet fremstod rent og i visse områder (restauranterne) pæne, velholdte og/eller nyrenoverede. Værelser, interiør i hall samt øvrige fællesarealer (på gange, toiletter, etc.) var der rent, men generelt af ældre stand. Gulvtæpper på gulvene og i elevatorerne eksempelvis var udtrådte og slidte. Alt i alt en meget blandet oplevelse.

The room I was given was miles away from the lobby, felt like I was shoved in the corner of a neighbouring hotel that had been merged into this hotel. The pool system is odd. I stayed one night and was informed I could not use the pool because I had checked out. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing. I did not find the staff to be helpful. At check in, I was not informed where breakfast was or how the pool booking system worked, so had to come back to reception to check on those things and stand in a queue when they should have been told to me at check in. The bathroom had mould all in the shower/bath combi set up. Overall, dated and overpriced. Can find much nicer accommodation in Naples.

Única nota de melhoria é o café da manhã! Já me hospedei neste hotel no passado e tinham mais produtos locais no café da manhã tipo mozzarella de búfala, presunto Parma e bresaola ! Nada disto foi servido e para uma omelette precisamos pagar a parte. O café da manhã não é mais a altura do hotel Grazie

Room was clean and the daily maid service maintained a high standard over the 8 days we stayed. Staff were helpful and polite always. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of dishes. Swimming pool area great addition and well maintained. Room / corridor leading to room was in need of repairs. Tv wasn’t well fixed to the wall. Decoration was dated ( supposedly in the style of 1950’s) and the shower didn’t work properly until the last day having reported the problem after Day 1.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good quality breakfast and brilliantly located for the seafront / ferry terminals. 15 minutes walk to the Spanish Quarter and 30 minutes to the Historic District. Would highly recommend

Everything was great. Staff helped our family of 6 with our bags as soon as we entered the premises late at night. The food at breakfast was great and had wide variety.

Nosso quarto tinha varanda e vista para o mar, café da manhã muito bom com grande variedade e localização excelente. Ótima escolha para Nápoles.

Great location right on the water ! Safe and lots of spots to walk to

We only stayed one night, but it was fantastic with the friendly staff and a perfect location. The room was clean along with the hotel.

Proximity to harbor and restaurants

Localidad perfecta a 5 mtos en taxi del puerto Molo Beverollo. Hotel, habitaciones y restaurante con una vista increíble a la bahía de Nápoles. Servicio rápido y fueron muy amables. Seis noches muy buenas , lo recomiendo. Regreso pronto!

Great views. Nice breakfast. Close to port terminal and city center.

The hotel has nice views of the water and lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The front desk had a difficult time changing a 20 Euro into smaller bills. The tub was difficult for showering. Slippery and narrow. Excellent breakfast and nice outdoor bar on 10th floor. Air conditioning was moderate but it was very hot weather.

I had a pleasant stay and would highlight the excellent location, which offers stunning views from the balcony. The rooftop pool area is a fantastic, relaxing space, and the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. I also appreciated the daily complimentary still and sparkling water provided in the room. However, the hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. The most notable downside was the lack of proper glassware in the room; having to rely on paper cups and request fresh ones daily was quite inconvenient. Additionally, while the coffee and pastries at breakfast were excellent, the rest of the meal was fairly average. Overall, a nice stay, but there is room for improvement.
