Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan saya di hotel ini kerana perkhidmatannya sangat mesra dan profesional. Proses daftar masuk adalah cepat dan mudah. Bilik hotel sangat bersih, kemas dan selesa. Katilnya empuk, jadi saya tidur lena setiap malam. Pemandangan dari bilik juga cantik dan menenangkan.

I wish they would have the pool open. It was very hot and it was a beautiful pool but you couldn’t use it because it wasn’t the summertime so my suggestion to them is that they opened up the pool a month earlier that’s just me.

When booking thru Hotels . Com they advertise the hotel has a pool but neglect to mention that it is only open for the summer at the hotel’s discretion after checking with hotel staff they expect to open the pool June 6th. Our stay was May 28-to June 1. The hotel site does say it’s closed until summer.

All the staff were exceptional, friendly and offered advice, and useful information.Top tip - Pick up a map from the front desk. The location on the bay front was picturesque especially at night. Everything we needed was within walking distance and if we wanted to venture further a taxi rank was just around the corner. We enjoyed the Elements bar and a special mention to the two staff called Rita! Their cocktails were very popular with us .There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the best coffee. Whether you like pastries, cereals yoghurts or cooked food, it was available. The room had an ensuite with a good shower and was serviced every day. The towels were large bath towels, nice and soft. The hotel had lifts to every floor, and it was good that there was comfortable seating in both the reception area and the bar.Although evening meals were available in the hotel,we either walked across the bridge to the far end near all the boat moorings and found restaurant there or went slightly away from the harbour inland. There is also a Gelato shop just next to the hotel. We were slightly disappointed that the swimming pool on the top floor was not ready in mid may but I believe it opens in June. We will stay here again in the future if coming to Naples.

Fomos em maio e a piscina não estava funcionando, apesar do calor de 28 graus. O horário de café da manhã informado 6h é diferente do que realmente acontece 6h30. Se tem passou comprado precisa prestar atenção, pois se corre o risco de sair sem o desjejum. No restaurante - com linda vista para o mar - o atendimento é lento e as opções de pratos quentes como ovos vem fria. Demoram a fazer a reposição. Capuccino servido é divino!

The room looked ok on first imspection, but then we noticed under the bed hadnt been cleaned for a long time, hairs, dust and large bits of dirt under there. Also the bathroom had a shower over a very tight bath, even though the bathroom had room for a wider bath. It made showering difficult. We also had an issue of very noisey neighbours (furniture being moved, shouting and swearing and abusive langage) the last night of our trip from 00.30am to 03.00am and we rang reception and went down twice but not much was done, other than to tell us in the morning the loud american lady needed some drugs from the pharmacy as she had issues and that they had been upstairs 3 times and didnt hear anything. They did offer to move us to a different room around 02.30am, but we were due to get up in a few hours after that to pack to go to the airport so not much point.

The hotel was unfortunately not at all what we expected. The staff had a very poor attitude, and the hotel itself felt worn down and in clear need of renovation. Because of this, our trip got off to a very disappointing start. Also, the photos shown on the hotel’s website do not reflect what the hotel actually looks like in reality.

Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly.

Fomos em maio e a piscina não estava funcionando, apesar do calor de 28 graus. O horário de café da manhã informado 6h é diferente do que realmente acontece 6h30. Se tem passou comprado precisa prestar atenção, pois se corre o risco de sair sem o desjejum. No restaurante - com linda vista para o mar - o atendimento é lento e as opções de pratos quentes como ovos vem fria. Demoram a fazer a reposição. Capuccino servido é divino!

Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer waren immer sehr gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The room looked ok on first imspection, but then we noticed under the bed hadnt been cleaned for a long time, hairs, dust and large bits of dirt under there. Also the bathroom had a shower over a very tight bath, even though the bathroom had room for a wider bath. It made showering difficult. We also had an issue of very noisey neighbours (furniture being moved, shouting and swearing and abusive langage) the last night of our trip from 00.30am to 03.00am and we rang reception and went down twice but not much was done, other than to tell us in the morning the loud american lady needed some drugs from the pharmacy as she had issues and that they had been upstairs 3 times and didnt hear anything. They did offer to move us to a different room around 02.30am, but we were due to get up in a few hours after that to pack to go to the airport so not much point.

The hotel was unfortunately not at all what we expected. The staff had a very poor attitude, and the hotel itself felt worn down and in clear need of renovation. Because of this, our trip got off to a very disappointing start. Also, the photos shown on the hotel’s website do not reflect what the hotel actually looks like in reality.

Extremely worn down and not worth the money. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no pool access as it was closed. Very outdated overall - location ok — I will never come back.

We loved this hotel and consider the location to be perfect as a base camp for exploring Naples. and beyond. The room was super quiet, staff was available and helpful, and the area felt quite safe. We stayed 5 nights and were very happy we chose this place.

Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice) There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing. I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them. The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done. Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly.
