좋았습니다

위치도 좋고 주차장도 있고 매우 훌 륭한 호텔입니다.

We had a wonderful three-night stay for my birthday celebrations. The location is perfect, with beautiful views, easy access to everything in the city, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make my birthday stay feel extra special. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples and would happily stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location on the sea front. We had great stay, it was our friends birthday whilst we were there and they really helped to make her day special. Great staff and nice rooms. We were very lucky they kindly upgraded our rooms. It is not clear on Expedia that the standard rooms are actually internal rooms, which would have been very disappointing. So I think that should be made clearer, obviously not the hotels fault. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Naples.

The AC worked fine. Would have liked it a bit cooler, but overall it worked fine. I didn't do much shopping around the area. My wife has a walking disability so had to plan things out strategically. Still though the hotel was in a prime spot to get local food. Staff was very friendly and the view.... the view was amazing! 10/10 that sold it for me.

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Naples et à proximité des ferry pour visiter les îles....

This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience.

Great location overlooking the castle and bay.

Staff was somewhat dismissive about our fatigue when we arrived early due to an early flight. Told us we could walk around for the day until our room was ready. Didn’t tell us about the hop on hop off bus that we could have used. On the end of our trip to Italy we stayed there again. They had my name misspelled and couldn’t find the reservation. The room had a musty odor. We had an uncomfortable night.

Hôtel dans quartier calme et Insonorisé. Confort du lit top, quelques améliorations à prévoir au petit dej (expresso servi froid car tasse pas préchauffée, jus d’orange sucré pas bon…). Pour un 4 étoiles c’est le minimum attendu

Helpful staff, nice view from the room. Gelato shop next door!
