Perfectly located by the station, very clean & comfortable, great view of Mount Etna from my room!

Facilities and physical condition were excellent. Proximity to Napoli Centrale station, literally across the street, is invaluable.

I had one of the worst experiences at Starhotels Terminus, despite it being labeled as a VIP Access property. As an Expedia Platinum member, I expected a high level of service, but this hotel fell far below even basic standards. 1. No VIP Benefits Honored: At check-in, I was denied the complimentary upgrade guaranteed by my status, even though the front desk confirmed that upgraded rooms were available. This is unacceptable for a VIP Access property. 2. Uninhabitable First Room: The first room I was assigned reeked of sewage, forcing me to request a transfer. 3. Downgraded Second Room: The second room was of a lower category than what I booked, lacked amenities, and was clearly under renovation—there were exposed wires hanging from the bathroom ceiling, creating a safety hazard. 4. No Accountability or Resolution: The hotel staff offered no meaningful solutions and expected me to tolerate these unacceptable conditions. This experience ruined my stay, forcing me to book alternate accommodations at my own expense. This hotel does not deserve its VIP Access status, and I strongly advise others to avoid staying here. Verdict: Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the frustration or risk.

Great location. Literally just across from the train station.

This was a good hotel close to train station, area a bit unsafe in surrounding streets. WE had to change our travel plans due to out of our control situation, this was the only hotel to not change our plans with no cost, in fact they charged us the full amount of the lost night which left a sour taste so be careful when booking with this hotel.

Property right across the train main station. Very convenient. Front desk staff tried to upsell for upgrade and wouldn’t allow early check-in. Said superior room wasn’t ready. And kept repeating checkin is at 3pm. Not very nice and not accommodating. Repeated come back at checkin time. I left the wine bottle as my VIP Expedia reward because I don’t have room in my luggage. I would have appreciated a free upgrade or early checkin instead of a free wine and a more professional front desk staff. Selling 40 euros for deluxe upgrade and told us we can checkin early if we upgrade and pay 40 euros. Unbelievable. Not returning to this hotel - ever.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, ensuring our stay started on the right note with an early check-in and an upgrade to a larger suite. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and comfort and also close to the Napoli Central Station.

The worst area in Italy outside the hotel. Missery outside the hotel dirty and horrible area around the nice hotel didn’t find an area to walk in that was not dirty or looked like a dump. Napel is not a good place at all.

Very neat, tidy and conveniently located next to the central railway, on steps away. Overnighted here before moving on with our travels. Happy to recommend this Hotel

The room upgrade was lovely. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was terrible!!! There needs to be more appropriate options and much fresher food. Very poor type breakfast available considering the type of hotel this is and the cost to stay.

Perfect location next to Naples main train station, staff is pretty good. Included breakfast was a mess since even @ 7a when it opens, TONS of people are in there. We also had dinner @ the hotel which was awful pork...better have Neapolitan pizza for 5€, THE BEST on the planet!

Very good situation juste beside the train station! We were wandering about the traffic noise, but they were no noise at all. Good size room, nice bathroom! Good breakfast! Over all a very nice hotel.

Clean, quiet, courteous, very close to train station.

Great place to stay if you need to catch an early train as it is literally across the street from Napoli Centrale. There are lots of restaurants and shops all around this location. Our room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good and you can check out views all around from the rooftop terrace.
