Great hotel directly across the street from the central train station, which is not only a convenient way to travel to/from Napoli, but also to get back & forth to the tourist sites in the area, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Reggia di Caserta, all of which we visited and enjoyed. We had a spacious, comfy corner room with small balconies and views of the piazza. Everything in the room was wonderful, although the bed was very hard, which messed with my husband's back a bit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help out with a special request. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. There is a pretty decent gym with enough equipment to get the job done, though it gets no air flow and it gets very warm in there, fyi. Nice to sweat a bit in the winter though!

The room was fantastic. And the staff were fantastic as well. The proximity to the train station was great. And there are lots of food and shopping options very close by. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Walls are very thin - can hear next room talking/tv/coughing/ toilet flushing. Being close to the station is good but not good enough if you don’t sleeping enough because of the next room’s noise. WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was fine but staff are generally disinterested. I would not go back.

Room was large and well maintained by the housekeeper. A/C was great with no problems. The rooms was quiet with great blackout curtains.
