Steps from the train station, absolutely awesome location. The best looking hotel near the train station. We were on the third floor which gave us an excellent view of mount Vesuvius and the train station. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, but it was well worth it. The food, the service and the ambiance was first class.

hotel is 30 sec away fr the main station. you will see some homeless but a lot of policemen were present during our stay.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit, Nachfragen (Geburtstagskuchen, zusätzliche Decke etc) wurden umgehend erledigt, auch der Wechsel in ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde ermöglicht. Die Lage ist ideal für Besichtigungen. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich, es gibt eine extra Mappe, einen gutschein für die Bar und ein Cap mit Shirt. Unserem Sohn hat es auch sehr gut gefallen.

This area of Naples does not feel safe. When you see military and police all over that does not give you good vibes.

Very nice hotel steps from the Naples train station with easy walking to the centro storico, cathedral, and other must-visit sites. Hotel and rooms were very nice with modern amenities, clean, and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, well situated next to the train station. Service was good and breakfast was fine. Family room setup was excellent with main room and then twin beds in the attached room.

A very comfortable stay next to the train station but still quiet

It’s a great place to stay at e.g. having a bed. The people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us getting a bit earlier into our rooms, recommending an upgrade. Turned out to be not very costly and worth every penny. Don’t choose this place for the restaurant or bar. This was unfortunately below the standards of the amount of stars that this hotel has. So I can recommend it for the central location. Can be bit noisy at times, but it’s not too bad. We had a room facing the square and metro station. Sleep here. Eat and drink elsewhere. A bit of context to the bar and restaurant. Bar wasn’t opened or rather there were no staff present. Not very good drinks. Ordered a Negroni, being in Italy you should think that they could make you a proper one, which to my opinion was not the case. A bit pricey on the quality. The restaurant, where to start; service was not really that great. Not everything on the menu was available for either the food or the wine list. Breakfast was ok if you get there early. We got there 8:20 AM and there were almost nothing there. The scramble eggs, supposedly would be there in three minutes. Which was the standard answer, even when asking second time after my initial question 5 minutes before. Dinner was not a great experience. Nothing on the menu looks like anything that they are advertising on the screen in the lounge area. Neither the plating or presentation of the food is associating it with fine dining as they claim it is.

This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Shower is too small for metal shelf i kept hitting. Otherwise everything good. Staff was helpful.

This is a good hotel if you need to use the train from Naples.

Service great, close to transportation.

Room size and the breakfast buffet included was really nice and close to metro station. Facility is very clean and spacious with a gym.
