The location is perfect, offering breathtaking Mount Fuji views right from my room and near to Fuji Q Highland. The onsen was relaxing. The staff, they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

All was good, hotel with the most satisfying experience when I go to Japan. Definitely recommended to those who wanted to go to Fujikawaguchiko. Shuttle also free and fast, so hassle-free.

We are extremely mesmerizing! Stay here at Konansou is the best experience. The hospitality, the view, the staff are perfect. We choose room with private onsen & Mt. Fuji view. Very relaxing, we take a dip at night while the weather was cold. And we take a dip in the morning with Mt. Fuji view. Amazing! Room was very spacious and well prepared. We can wear yukata around the hotel. Breakfast wad delicious, many variant of food were served. And Konansou is really kids friendly, there is yukata for kids, kids chair at the restaurant, kids menu for breakfast. Some trick: there is a hotel shuttle from & to Kawaguchiko Station. All you need to do is go to tourist information and ask about the shuttle. They will call the hotel to pick you up. Very recommended!

Great view of mount fuji and the lake. Great for that purpose. Have onsen on the basement which you can experience while in japan.

The place was beautiful. you could take the onsen for almost 24 hr. The food was very delicious. Best miso soup I had in Japan. The crab was fresh and sweet. Love this place
