Everything is ok..maybe the comforters and sheets need to be replaced with new ones because they look very old and there is no fridge. If you can provide it because there are children who want to store milk or drinking water it is quite difficult and I think it is possible to provide iron in every room since the hotel is quite famous in the area.

The room itself was okay. But I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. They are not welcoming. I went and checked in early at 12 o'clock but was told that the room wasn't ready and was asked to wait. I've no problem with that. We waited until 3 pm and when we wanted to get the room, we were told that they only have twin sharing instead of double bed (that had been booked earlier). They keep mentioning it was on subject's availability. However if they had been telling us earlier at 12 o'clock that there is only a twin sharing room it would be okay I think? I made a fuss and wanted a double bed and after 10 mins there was a double bed available 😒.

The staff very helpful but the hotel room are not very clean and the cups all very dirty. When we reach to our room it was not ready due to some water leaking. The bedsheets are also not clean. Overall the hotel need some clean up and good wash of the bedsheets.
