I stayed 4 days and 3 night at the hotel. Pros: Clean. It is the same like in the picture. The view from the bedroom is also quite nice. Customer service is very good, excellent! And I also would like to praise the hotel because they just add mini refrigerator as I read the review that before this a customer complaint that the hotel did not provide it. They have taken customer complaint seriously and improved customer satisfaction. Cons: The bathroom floor is leaking. Very very leaking as the water came out from the bathroom and wetting the floor outside the bathroom! It is because the bathroom floor is a bit "weird". The hotel should fix that before any accident happened because the floor was too wet. Other than that, I had a pleasure stay in the hotel.
Breakfast selections are quite limited and not that delish. The utensils are not clean - we have to wipe it with napkin and nobody cleaning up the table.
- Family vacation
Good hotel. But shower drain a bit slow. If don't overuse water is okay. Hot and cold tap is good. Very satisfying. Can enjoy view of selayang. I got 12th floor a bit scary if thunderstorm happen. 😅 Food at bottom floor is cheaper than other hotel. 7-11 is very convenience to get supplies.
- Romantic Vacation
Clean and comfortable next time will booking again
- Business travel

- Business travel
Everything is okay, but the WIFI didn't work 😑
- Family vacation
The pool water is too cold. Not suitable for children to play. For adult also not too good. Water too cold.
First, we were greeted by an unfriendly reception staff. Second, hot water was almost not available around 6am every morning during the 4-night stay. Third, room cleaning was not done in proper and professional manner. Fourth, 4 days of almost similar breakfast menu. Fifth, poor quality of tv broadcast albeit the new tv set. Good things: The Teh Tarik Cafe and 7Eleven onsite are convenient.
- Family vacation
Room ok👌🏻. Pool good👍🏻. Enjoy our holiday with kiddos.
