It was an interesting experience staying at this hotel. My first experience staying in Johor Bahru. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room size is quite spacious, the food has many variations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very helped by the night shift hotel reception staff (female) who provided detailed information about the departure process from JB Central to Woodland Check Point in Singapore, because this was my first experience coming to Johor Bahru via Singapore. I really appreciate it 🙏🙏👍👍

The hotel is beautifully located between the Pelangi and KSL areas, making it extremely convenient. Although the property is a little dated, the room itself is well furnished, comfortable, and clean, with a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel with a great location as it is just next to KSL mall with lots of choices for food and shopping. Very easy to move around outside the hotel too. The room is clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and clean hotel. I stayed in room 203, the room was big with a window. It was very pleasant to rest peacefully. Clean bathroom. Strong shower water, there is a bidet and jet shower in the toilet. Complete amenities. Soft bed and soft pillows. Eat Saur ala carte which is a menu that suits the Indonesian tongue. The location is outside JB Sentral but there are 2 KSL malls and Plaza Plangi. Behind the hotel there is a food court. I will stay again if I have a business trip in Spore.

Really enjoyed my stay at Fives Hotel JBCC. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to nearby malls and restaurants. Staff were polite and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay in JB.

I had a pleasant stay at Kingston Hotel 7 Johor Bahru. Overall, everything was good. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were adequate, and the hotel was conveniently located. The staff were also friendly, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The only downside was that breakfast was not provided, so guests need to find food outside the hotel in the morning. However, this was not a major issue because there are still food options nearby. The hotel looks like an old building from the outside, but upon entering, it's actually quite large, with plenty of rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I requested a sea view and got both a sea view and a city view, allowing me to enjoy the fireworks on Chinese New Year's Eve. It was absolutely amazing. You could check in straight away in the morning, as it's just a short walk to the port building. If I ever visit Johor again, I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice convenient hotel to stay if you are visiting Mid Valley Southkey Mall - just a short 5 min walk. Parking is free and plentiful. The room is spacious and clean—everything works. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety of local and western dishes. Highly recommended

Citrus Hotel is the best hotel to stay if planning to and from Singapore, just 5 minutes walking to JB CIQ. All the front reception was very good, my sincerely thank you to En. Putera, where he made our check-in fast and smooth as we are rushing to catch our train to SG. And thank you so much Mr. Eswaran for a great and good breakfast. Ohhh ya, the room was cleaned everyday during our stay for 4 days 3 nights. Parking just paid RM15 per day with security. My family was very happy and surely will stay in the same hotel again and again.

This was my first stay here while in Johor Bahru. The location is strategic, close to tourist attractions and the train station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The soundproofing makes it very convenient. The staff is also on hand with self-check-in. With a budget-friendly price, it's perfect for your next trip.

The room and bathroom were clean, there was a dining area upstairs for us to eat, a prayer room in the women's area, and the food at Kopi Tiam was also really delicious. It's close to the mall, shopping centers and dining areas, a mini market, and it's also close to the Woodland checkpoint. I'll recommend it to my friends, and I'll be back again.
