I've stayed here several times. It's located across from Island Hospital, making it quite convenient for getting medical treatment. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the service is excellent, and the staff are all very responsive.

The location is very strategic, across from Loh Guan Lye Hospital and also close to Island Hospital. The apartment we rented yesterday was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. It was always cleaned and tidy every day. If I return for a checkup with the doctor, I'll definitely stay at One Pacific again ๐

This is my favorite place, I will for sure stay here every time I come to Penang. The location is near New Lane street market, several options of minimarkets, dim sum place, pharmacies, and durians. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and all amenities are provided. They have service for those who are coming to Penang for medications, they provide free shuttle from and to several hospitals, and allow early check-in or late check-out if you still need time to complete your visit with your doctors.

Strategic location at Gurney Drive with shopping and food nearby. Excellent location for morning and evening walks along the nostalgic Gurney Drive. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I was given an upgrade to Room 102 with frontal seaview and really amazing to get up every morning with a view of the sea during my 5 days 4 nights stay. Will definitely choose this hotel (Room 102) in my next 8 days 7 night trip.
